Natalie Hodges

Natalie began training under Director Erin Riley-Carrasco at age six, studying tap, ballet and jazz. She has danced competitively with Dance Unlimited since its inception and has won various top awards. She also danced in Erin’s award winning Rhythm Nation which was selected to audition for Star Search. Natalie has attended numerous master classes locally and in the Los Angeles area. For two years consecutively she was chosen to perform in the Pro-Bowl in Hawaii. She also captured the award of the Miss Teen Headliner title at the Headliner’s National Dance Competition as well as the Senior Solo Regional Grand Champion Sweepstakes award at the Pacific Coast Talent Competition.
 
 Natalie won the prestigious Dancer of the Year award at Carlsbad High School in both 1996 and 1998. She has choreographed for the Carlsbad High School Dance Team, The Lancer Dancers, and also for Sony Entertainment. Natalie enjoys working with all of Dance Unlimited’s teen and senior competition students and was recently recognized at  “The Pulse” Dance Convention in November 2008, by Mia Michels, Wade Robson and Shane Sparks, for her amazing choreography performed by her D.U. competition number “The Moment I Said It.” This unique number will also be presented later this month at Los Angeles’ prestigious “Choreographer’s Carnival.” Natalie and her husband Joey are the proud parents of their sons Gage, age 6 and Talan, 4 years old. This is Natalie’s 11th year on staff with Dance Unlimited.
